These Terms govern access to the GMES website, platform, investment plans, referral program, wallet services and related services. By registering or participating, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

1. About GMES

Great Mind Earners (GMES) is a financial participation platform providing structured investment opportunities and a referral rewards program to eligible members.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must meet the minimum legal age in your country, provide accurate information, maintain one personal account unless authorized, and protect your login credentials.

3. Investment Plans

GMES currently lists $25 Starter, $50 Basic, $100 Growth, $150 Silver, $200 Gold, $250 Premium, $300 Elite and $500 VIP plans. Eligible investments use a 7-day period. Under the stated structure, an eligible investment receives an additional amount equivalent to 50% of the qualifying investment amount within 7 days, subject to applicable plan terms, verification and risk disclosure. Multiple qualifying plans may be held in one account.

4. Referral Program

Level 1 direct referral: 10%. A member may receive 10% of a qualifying direct referral's investment amount.

Level 2 second-level referral: 5%. Where a direct referral introduces another participant, the initial member may receive 5% of that second-level participant's qualifying investment amount.

Referral rewards are eligible after 7 days when the underlying transaction has completed and remains verified and compliant. Rewards may be delayed, adjusted, reversed or cancelled for invalid, fraudulent, reversed or non-compliant activity.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits may be submitted through approved bank transfer, card, crypto, mobile-money or payment-processor methods when available. Withdrawal requests may be made only against matured available balance and are subject to verification and review. There is currently no stated minimum or maximum withdrawal in the supplied GMES rules; payout may be made to a bank account or crypto wallet reference.

6. Prohibited Activity

Fraud, multiple-account abuse, false information, unauthorized transactions, referral manipulation, money laundering and other unlawful activity are prohibited. GMES may suspend or block accounts and reverse improperly credited funds where legally permitted.

7. Risk, Taxes & Advice

Financial participation involves risk. Stated earnings are not a promise beyond the applicable plan terms and are not personalized financial, legal or tax advice. Members are responsible for their own decisions and applicable taxes.

8. Platform & Third Parties

GMES may rely on payment, financial, hosting, communication and other third-party providers. Service interruptions, technology failures, processing delays and regulatory changes may affect services.

9. Privacy & Changes

Your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Risk Disclosure, Investment Agreement and plan/referral rules. Updated Terms will be published on the platform, with notice where required by law.

10. Governing Law & Acceptance

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GMES and the jurisdiction where it is legally established, subject to mandatory laws. By registering or participating, you confirm that you understand the applicable plan and referral rules and the risks involved.
