Investment Agreement

This Agreement is between Great Mind Earners (GMES) and the registered member participating in an eligible GMES investment plan.

1. Investment Participation

The member participates in the selected plan using the amount displayed and confirmed on the platform. Multiple eligible plans may be held in one account and are recorded separately.

2. Earning Structure

An eligible investment receives an additional amount equivalent to 50% of the qualifying investment amount within seven days, subject to applicable plan terms, verification and risk disclosure. Example: $100 investment → $50 stated additional amount → $150 total, subject to the applicable rules.

3. Investment Period

The seven-day period begins when the qualifying investment has been successfully received and recorded/approved by GMES, according to the transaction and plan rules.

4. Referral Rewards

Where applicable, the referral structure is 10% for level 1 direct referrals and 5% for level 2 second-level referrals . Referral rewards become eligible after seven days when the underlying qualifying transaction has completed, been verified and remains compliant.

5. Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are subject to matured available balance, verification, processing requirements and applicable GMES rules.

6. Member Responsibilities & Risk

Members must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and avoid fraud, multiple-account abuse, unauthorized transactions, referral manipulation, money laundering and unlawful activity. Financial participation involves risk.

7. Electronic Acceptance

Electronic confirmation or checkbox acceptance constitutes acceptance of this Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
